Accessibility Statement

WebAbility (operated by TechyWeb Solutions Inc.) wants everyone who visits www.webability.io to be able to read, navigate, and use it — regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use. Accessibility is our business, which means this site must be held to the same standard we ask our customers to meet.

Concretely, that commitment means: we treat accessibility as part of design and development rather than an afterthought, we test with axe-core based tooling during development, and we fix reported barriers with the same priority as functional bugs.

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in a new tab), Level AA. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (opens in a new tab), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (opens in a new tab), and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) (opens in a new tab).

This website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conforms" means that most content meets the standard, but some content does not yet; the gaps we know about are listed under Known limitations.

We say "partially conforms" rather than "conforms" because a full independent audit of this site has not yet been completed, and we will not claim a level of conformance we cannot demonstrate.

This website is currently assessed by self-evaluation, last performed in August 2026. Our method is:

• automated testing during development with axe-core (opens in a new tab) and scans using our own accessibility scanner;
• internal manual review of keyboard operation, heading structure, and page landmarks on key pages.

To be clear about what this is not: it is not an independent third-party audit, and it does not yet include structured usability testing with people with disabilities. We plan to commission an independent audit of this site; when it is complete, we will update this statement with the auditor, the date, and the findings. Until then, we describe our evaluation honestly as self-assessment.

Despite our efforts, some content on this site does not yet meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The limitations we currently know about:

• Third-party content and services. Some parts of the site load content we do not fully control, including our live chat messenger, payment and checkout flows, and embedded video players. These may not fully conform. Where a third-party component blocks you, contact us and we will provide the same information or service another way.
• Blog content. Articles on our blog are published through a content management system, and older posts have not all been through the same accessibility checks as the rest of the site. Some may have imperfect heading structure or image descriptions. We fix these as we find them and on report.

This list is not exhaustive. As a fuller audit is carried out and surfaces additional issues, we will list them here rather than leave this section conveniently short. If you find a barrier not listed above, please report it — you will not be telling us something we prefer not to hear.

1. We acknowledge your report within 2 business days.
2. We investigate and reply with what we found and, if the barrier is confirmed, when we expect to fix it. For most issues this assessment takes no more than 10 business days.
3. If we cannot fix the barrier promptly, we will offer you the information or service in an alternative way in the meantime.

If you are not satisfied with our response, reply to the same thread and ask for your report to be escalated; it will be reviewed by the team lead responsible for this website.

Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies working with your browser and any assistive technologies installed on your computer: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA.

The site is built to work in current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) on desktop and mobile, to be operable by keyboard alone, and to be usable with commonly used screen readers — NVDA and JAWS on Windows, and VoiceOver on macOS. JavaScript is required for some interactive features.

This statement was prepared on August 21, 2026, based on a self-evaluation of the website performed in August 2026. We review and update it at least once a year, and sooner when the site changes significantly or an audit completes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent substantive change to this statement — not an automatic timestamp.
