The Managed plan is our premium service, where our team handles audits, custom-written fixes, and monitoring for you, and includes Complaint Response Support (see Terms of Use section 3).

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll continue to have access to your current plan features until then.

Yes. The Automated plan is available at $99/year instead of $144 when paid monthly. For Self-Managed and Managed plans, annual and custom pricing is discussed during the demo so we can match the plan to your site, support needs, and compliance scope.

No, there are absolutely no setup fees, hidden charges, or cancellation fees. You only pay for your chosen subscription plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.

When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll lose access to premium features, but your accessibility settings and configurations will be saved for 90 days. If you reactivate within this period, everything will be restored exactly as you left it.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied with WebAbility for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact our support team for a full refund. For annual plans, refunds are prorated after the first 30 days based on unused months.
